Shipping policy

Production Time (Made-to-Order)

All our products are made individually for you (“Made to Order”). The production time is usually up to 14 business days from the date of your order. Only after production is complete will we hand over your order to our shipping provider.

Shipping Countries and Delivery Times

We currently ship within Germany and to countries of the European Union.

- Germany: Delivery time approx. 2–4 business days after your order has been completed
- EU countries: Delivery time approx. 3–7 business days after your order has been completed

The stated delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to external factors (e.g., delays with DHL).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge for you – both within Germany and to EU countries.

All our product prices include shipping costs. Due to our small business status in accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

Shipping Provider

Shipping is carried out via DHL Paket. Each shipment includes tracking and insurance for goods up to a value of €500. You will receive the tracking number automatically via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which must be borne by the buyer. No additional customs fees apply within the EU.

Partial Deliveries

We generally ship all ordered items together. If a partial shipment is necessary, we will cover the additional shipping costs.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it and is returned to us, we will charge for reshipping.
